Your NoteExpress library can be transfered from Endnote, Mendeley, Zotero, Refworks and more.

Use the Export option within information databases or the other software to extract your references to RIS, BibTex, and more.

In NoteExpress Desktop, select a specific folder, right-click ‘Import References’, and import the exported file as well as select the matching filter to add its contents to your NoteExpress library.
